DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, Jacksonville, FL (IMMEDIATE NEED)

Great opportunity for someone looking to move their career to the next level.  Our client in the commercial construction sector is looking for a leader who can monitor the financial performance of their company in a hands-on role.  They are in a growth mode and this role requires expertise in managing cash flow, daily cash reports, month-end closing books, forecasting, collections, billing, strong analytical skills and reporting.  The accounting department currently consists of 5 direct reports including A/R, A/P, and Accountant.  Must be good at delegating and have excellent communication skills interacting with a wide range of people from maintenance to Branch managers.  Foundation construction accounting software a plus.  Opportunity to move into VP of Finance role based on performance.  Salary commensurate with experience. 

  • Four year BBA in Accounting and 5 years experience preferably in a Controller role

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, Jacksonville, FL  (STILL INTERVIEWING)

Jacksonville based organization is adding to their sales team calling on the architecture and design community as well as commercial construction sector to identify opportunities to have their product specified. Previous experience in this sector required.   This is a hunter role with the proven ability to build relationships with client decision-makers, influencers and referral sources.  This would include attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.  Must be capable of developing an understanding of clients' needs, objectives, processes and resources.  Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly revenue growth quotas.  Bachelors degree,  Base salary plus group health, life, disability and 401K.  Expenses company paid.  Realistic $80K+ first-year income


 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, Ft.Myers, FL (STILL INTERVIEWING)

Consultative sales role with long sales cycle calling on "C" level decision makers selling document destruction, data storage services.  Must be a lead generator with excellent time management and organizational skills to build a pipeline. Company offers an excellent industry training program.  Vertical markets include medical offices,  law firms, financial institutions, mortgage, and title companies.  Proven ability to do strategic presentations to COO, CIO, Compliance and Practice management level prospects.  Base salary $40K plus commission, car and cell allowance, gas, 401K and company pays for half health insurance premium.

DISTRIBUTOR SALES REP, Jacksonville, FL (ON HOLD)

Paper products/ facilities services distributor seeking a self-motivated rep to join their outside sales team. Working out of a home office in a new business development role, building a repeat client base with residual income and offering solutions to drive company revenue.  Open territory, CRM, once you open an account they are yours.  This is a long term career commitment, not s stepping stone and the company has many long term representatives.  Guarantee $55K salary, laptop plus benefits with an excellent training program.  Realistic second-year income $80K. This is a new business development role, cold calling needs analysis, upselling and cross-selling. 


 DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, Jacksonville, FL  (INTERVIEWING NOW)

Jacksonville based manufacturer seeks season Director of Operations to become an integral part of the executive team.  Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a strong leader with experience in defining, implementing and reviewing operational policies and guidelines for the organization.  A strategic thinker who can work with department heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance working with manufacturing, purchasing, sales, account, HR.  Also has oversight for vendors ensuring the best price. Experience in tracking and forecasting operational trends and analysis.  Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations.

 

  • Must have experience in managing multiple locations across U.S. 
  • Experienced in opening new locations including negotiating leases.  
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred
  • Must have a minimum of ten years of operations leadership in manufacturing/distribution
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
  • Must have experience in making sure every business decision is reviewed with regard to how it affects other departments
