Jacksonville based manufacturer seeks season Director of Operations to become an integral part of the executive team.  Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a strong leader with experience in defining, implementing and reviewing operational policies and guidelines for the organization.  A strategic thinker who can work with department heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide compliance working with manufacturing, purchasing, sales, account, HR.  Also has oversight for vendors ensuring the best price. Experience in tracking and forecasting operational trends and analysis.  Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations.


  • Must have experience in managing multiple locations across U.S. 
  • Experienced in opening new locations including negotiating leases.
