Specializing in executive level searches, Frank has more than 20 years of management and consulting experience with top ranked companies. He is highly effective in evaluating the success potential of qualified candidates, as well as assessing the client’s staffing requirements. A graduate of Clemson University, Frank’s career has been one of diversity and accomplishment – college teacher, construction executive, advertising executive, retail business owner, economic development director, real estate development executive. His management experience and the high level of responsibilities he has carried have provided him an ideal background for executive recruitment. His community involvement is also an asset. He was actively involved in Jacksonville efforts to acquire an NFL team and was a catalyst in the relocation of City Hall to the historic St. James building. As vice chairman of the Chamber’s International Committee, he organized and coordinated the Chinese Ambassador’s visit to Jacksonville in 2001. He was one of 100 small business owners invited to meet with President Bush in June 2001 to discuss the importance of foreign trade agreements. Frank is also involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the community.
More than 20 years of experience in sales and recruiting have given her the knowledge, insight and market network to find those candidates who stand out in their field. Her expertise extends to a broad range of industries at all levels. Lois grew up in New York, received her college degree from State University of New York and began her business career in New York City - later moving to Jacksonville where she launched and established herself as a professional recruiter. As a business professional, she has been featured in the Jacksonville Business Journal, “The List”, as one of the area’s “Top Ranked Executive Search Firms”. As well as being very active in her church, Lois is a member of the Jacksonville Women’s Network and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Trustees. She also donates her time and talents though projects with Campus Crusade while finding time to be a dedicated wife and mother.
